Kat was nice enough to allot us two tables because we were one of the first to apply (and ask for two tables), so let's honor her generosity and confidence by using those tables to their fullest extent this year!
I pretty sure everyone but Kou (?) and Ren are preregistered (not counting myself and Lance; we'll have to wait until Damon hears from Amanda) so we are so GO!
Let's try to work hard through the spring and summer so we'll be prepared come September. Last year was too hectic for my taste, and I know it was my fault we were so far behind. I'm gonna work hard this year too, not only on getting stuff done but also on saving money so we'll be better prepared financially. I do need help though, so members with jobs, I'd really appreciate a little help here and there with expenses along the way if you can. Last year I thought I could handle the brunt of the expenses myself, but I was wrong, and if we all contribute together we won't be running out of funds at the last minute again. I may even make a paypal account for WS that we can all contribute to, a couple dollars here and there, and then we can decide as a group what to spend the funds on. If you guys trust me to do that. I'll make sure to keep track of every contribution so it balances out when we've made our profits. Does that sound like a good idea?

I want to get a big sign or banner made this year; I've got a layout in mind for the display, to make us look more like a cohesive group instead of two separate tables
I'd like to come up with a new system for keeping track of how much each person has made. Kyle and everyone else who manned the cashbox did an excellent job last year, but I'd still like to refine it a bit. Any suggestions?
Also, before the con hopefully they'll give us the event schedule again so we can sit down and map out who wants to do what. We can also do this at the table when we first set up. I know everyone missed a lot of things they wanted to do last year, I certainly did, so we should make a rough schedule to try to keep that from happening this time. We also need to schedule breaks and foods haha. Not eating all day because you lost track of time is bad (I did this)
This kind of planning can come much later, closer to the con, but keep it in mind.

currently we're all just working on making things. I'd really love to all meet up on a regular basis to make stuff together, but I don't know if that will happen. I guess the paypal account wasn't a good idea, because we are all poor...
